║ HEADACHE DIARY ║
╚═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝
Try to keep a 60-day diary concurrent with the 60-day record of
food eaten. Here are some of the things to note down:
1. NERVOUS -- You were unusually nervous on a particular day.
2. CALM -- You were unusually calm (this would apply if you are
ordinarily nervous.
3. DEPRESSED -- If not part of your usual pattern.
4. CHEERFUL -- Should be recorded if you are ordinarily
depressed.
5. ARGUMENTS -- (fight with boss, etc.) -- Again this is recorded
if out of the norm.
6. EVERYTHING SMOOTH -- Recorded if unusual.
7. UNUSUAL NEWS RECEIVED -- Mark down even if the news doesn't
appear to be significant.
8. ELATION -- Not just cheerful but overflowing joy.
10. FATIGUE -- If not your usual state.
11. ENERGY -- If not your usual state.
12. STRESSFUL NEWS -- This usually includes death of a spouse or
a member of the immediate family, loss of your job, a prison
sentence, a pregnancy (wanted or unwanted) or other events that
will have a pronounced effect on the average person. This could
also include many other things according to the person's way of
life and mental attitude.
13. WEATHER - Good, bad? Usual or unusual?
14. WORLD EVENTS
15. SEXUAL DRIVE -- High, low, normal.
These are merely suggestions. Write down what you think is
significant but do so every day to get as detailed a record as
possible.
